The lectures of the first semester will be held mainly in parallel mode (lectures in presence with simultaneous video streaming through the MS Teams platform).
All the information about the lessons and the activities in presence can be found on the websites dedicated to the Didactics of the UniSalento Departments.
The links to the online lessons are included in the timetable of the lessons published on the https://logistica.unisalento.it/PortaleStudenti/ portal.
The number of students attending the lessons can be found on the UniSalento website.
The number of students who can follow the lessons in presence is limited to the extent of the availability of classroom workstations complying with the anti-coveted prescriptions for the courses
The number of students who can attend lectures is limited to the number of lecture rooms complying with the anti-covidence requirements for the courses specifically indicated (Annex 18 to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 7/8/2020). The reservation will be made through the reservation of the available seats by the students through the App "UniSalento PrendoPosto".
All the university staff will have the possibility to reserve their seats.
All university staff, as well as university students, from 1 September to 31 December 2021, must possess and are required to display the green COVID-19 certification referred to in Article 9, paragraph 2 of Decree-Law no. 52 of 22 April 2021, converted with amendments by Law no. 87 of 17 June 2021.
The classrooms have a "COVID" number of seats, which allows safety distances to be maintained in accordance with ministerial guidelines. Consequently, access to classrooms will only be possible after prior reservation.
The following software systems have been configured and enabled to allow each student to reserve a classroom seat, and are accessible via authentication:
- via the "unisalento Prendo Posto" app, already available on Android and Apple system
- via the web through the "Book your place in class" service, which can be accessed from AgendaWeb Studenti at the following link: https://logistica.unisalento.it/PortaleStudenti/
We invite you to access the service using your Anagrafica Unica credentials and to proceed, first of all, with the definition of the "Profile" in which you express your interest in attending specific lessons of your course of study. Once the "Profile" has been defined and completed, it will be possible to access the service (via app or via web) in order to proceed with the actual booking of the classroom seat.
Students may only occupy the numbered seat assigned to them during the booking process. It is strictly forbidden to change seats or to stand freely in the classroom.
The student may occupy only the numbered seat assigned to him/her at the time of booking.
The seat reservation will be available 7 days before the start of the lessons and it will be possible to reserve your classroom seat for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
In order to guarantee a fair rotation for all, the system calculates hourly attendance limits for each student on the basis of the number of places in the classroom, the total number of students who have expressed a willingness to attend the course and the total number of hours provided.
Please note that the reservation will be valid as proof of attendance in the classroom and, therefore, at the request of the competent health authorities for the tracking of any infection, the list of those present in the classroom may be requested and provided.
It is therefore very important to cancel the reservation if it is no longer necessary. Please also note that you are not allowed to give your booking to another student.
