Teaching description
Basic knowledge of the Italian language. Basic knowledge for research and study through digital applications
During the course, attention will focus on the importance of the new linguistic technologies for the Italian language that guarantee easy use of resources ranging from lexical databases, to digital vocabularies, to corpora of written texts. The different fields of application of the resources on the Web will be analysed, studied and tested and the implications in a context of linguistic-cultural promotion and research will be assessed.
- Knowledge and understanding: t the end of the course, students will be able to use language technologies for study, research on Italian and its promotion..
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: students will be able to manage and evaluate digital applications of Italian.
- Making judgments: students will have to acquire the tools and techniques for the management and use of digital content of Italian in order to achieve competence and evaluation skills.
- Communication skills: students will be able to transfer digital applications of Italian to new content and new contexts.
- Learning skills: the student will develop skills that will enable him/her to reuse the knowledge acquired in other courses of study.

In the assessment of the examination, the determination of the final grade takes into account the following elements:
30 e lode: excellent evaluation; complete and rich preparation; accurate command of the Italian language and secure knowledge of the topics
30: excellent evaluation; complete preparation and good command of the Italian language and good clarity of exposition
29-28: evaluation: very good; complete preparation; in the presentation and some uncertainties in the production in the Italian language, fairly secure knowledge, not completely clear exposition
27-26: good evaluation; complete preparation; fairly secure presentation, with uncertainties/confusions of expression/exposition in the Italian language
25-24 fair assessment; approximately complete preparation, occasional inaccuracies and/or gaps; occasional confusion of terminology or concept in exposition in Italian language
23-22: more than sufficient assessment; almost complete preparation, gaps and/or inaccuracies; in exposition in Italian language some confusion of terms and concepts
21-20: sufficient evaluation; approximately complete preparation, inaccuracies, gaps; in the exposition in Italian language approximation in the use of terms and concepts
19-18: barely sufficient evaluation; limited preparation (many inaccuracies and various gaps); stunted exposition in Italian language
< 18: insufficient evaluation; insufficient preparation; insufficient presentation, poor knowledge of the Italian language
Students can book for the final exam exclusively using the methods provided by the VOL system.
