Teaching description
Knowledge of the legal field facilitates understanding of the topics covered in the course.
The course will focus on the analysis of the complex regulatory framework of reference for Digital Heritage, looking at both the national, EU and international regulations.
The aim of the teaching becomes to provide students with a full mastery of technical terminology and an in-depth knowledge of the legal institutions inherent to the main IT-legal problems connected to the digitalisation of cultural heritage,
