Course description

The Master's Degree LM-77 in Management, Control and Finance with Artificial Intelligence renews the previous Business Management programme and continues the Bachelor's programmes in Business Administration and Digital Management, deepening the administration, control and finance of companies with particular attention to digital transformation.
From the first year, the programme is organised into three tracks: management control and business intelligence; management of digital transformation; and entrepreneurship and finance for innovation. From 2025-26, teaching innovations improve employability: the traineeship occupies a whole semester (the fourth), alongside courses, workshops, optional activities and the thesis (120 CFU in total). In-person teaching is complemented, for specific categories of students, by online delivery and pre-recorded lessons, with project work, case studies and company testimonials; examinations are held in person.
The first track trains management-control experts, combining technical skills and managerial tools for running companies. The second prepares professionals with managerial and ICT skills for innovation and the digitalisation of business models. The third provides skills to design and manage entrepreneurial initiatives, develop sustainable business plans and attract investment in the age of AI.
Admission, for those meeting the curricular requirements, takes place following an interview to assess the candidate's preparation.
All Bachelor's graduates in classes L-18 and L-33 may enrol in the Master's degree.
In addition, holders of another Bachelor's degree must have acquired at least 60 CFU, distributed across each of the following disciplinary areas:
- economics (disciplinary fields SECS-P/01, SECS-P/02, SECS-P/03, SECS-P/06, SECS-P/12);
- law (IUS/01, IUS/04, IUS/05, IUS/06, IUS/07, IUS/09, IUS/12, IUS/14);
- statistics-mathematics (SECS-S/01, SECS-S/03, SECS-S/06, MAT/09);
- business (SECS-P/07, SECS-P/08, SECS-P/09, SECS-P/10, SECS-P/11, SECS-P/13, AGR/01).

Candidates must also demonstrate knowledge of at least one European Union language other than Italian.
