Course description

The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Law and Sports Management is a 3-year, full time undergraduate course aimed at providing students with the legal and managerial skills needed in the industry of sport.
This makes it attractive to those who are planning a career in representing a team, a club, or to an athlete, advising government departments, pursuing a paralegal career in the world of sports, work in national and international governing bodies of sport and other sporting organisations, and managing sport events.

The course is taught in Italian. Students must demonstrate a level of Italian language competency at a level that will enable them to succeed in their studies. For this reason, we support our foreign students by providing them with free Italian language classes. Foreign students may also be allowed to take modules and classes in English, according
to subjects

At the end of the course, students will have acquired a wealth of specialized legal and
financial skills, which will enable them to pursue a career representing a team, a club or
an athlete, advise government departments, pursue a paralegal career in the world of
sports, work in national and international governing bodies of sport and other sporting
organisations, and manage sport events.

Students/Athletes (SA) will be offered one-to-one tutoring by one of our lecturers. We recognise that there will be times when the need to train every day or travel will make it difficult to move forward or make progress. For this reason, SA are allowed to:
1. tailor exam dates to their schedule;
2. be awarded extra university credits for achievements in sports;
3. mentoring programs;
4. one-to-one to small group tutoring;
5. fee waiver
