Agreement for university student accommodation between the University of Salento and the Fondazione Venture Impatto Sociale – Vis - ETS. 

Notice is hereby given that with R.D. no. 380 of 17.04.2023 the Agreement for availability of accommodation for university students between the University of Salento and the Fondazione Venture Impatto Sociale ETS for the duration of 3 years.
In particular, the Fondazione Vis undertakes to make available, usable and assignable, for the entire duration of the agreement, a total of 60 accommodation places, at the university residences of Arnesano and Monteroni, to be allocated to deserving university students enrolled at the University of Salento.
The Vis Foundation undertakes to manage the accommodation places by offering additional services in addition to the bed such as:

1. concierge service with access control staff and assistance
2. ordinary assistance;
3. cleaning service of the external and internal common areas on a weekly basis;
4. flat cleaning service;
5. linen change;
6. electricity and water supply
7. internet connection;
8. connection service to Ecotekne with shared mobility means, in addition to 2 evening trips on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with destination Lecce-Naples gateway made by bus/shuttle with driver.
9. Tradional and electric bicycles available to students.

In the event of acceptance of the accommodation place including the accessory services described in points 1,2,5,6,7, the beneficiary student is required to pay the reduced price, compared to the ordinary rate requested by the Fondazione VIS and published in the notices to be issued annually by the Fondazione.
