•Internal Logistics and material handling systems: replenishment models design,  warehouse systems design, handling systems design.

•External logistics systems: supply chain structures (mono-chanel, multi-channel, etc.), distribution models (cross-docking, inventory ppoling, etc.), supply chain design (agile versus lean), reverse logistics. 

•Business game development and case study analysis.

The course aims to provide knowledge about design and management of sustainable internal and external logistics systems
