Course description

The Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering has the specific aim of training professionals able to combine the skills typical of graduates in the biomedical engineering class (LM-21) with knowledge typical of the field of information and systems for biomedical applications. In detail, these skills are provided through the integration of industrial and information engineering knowledge with medical-biological knowledge.
Admission to the Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering requires a degree in class L-8 or L-9, together with at least 18 CFU acquired during the study path in courses in the characterising fields for Biomedical Engineering (ING-IND/34 and ING-INF/06). Foreign qualifications are recognised in compliance with current legislation and international agreements.
Enrolment in the programme requires passing an assessment of the candidate's preparation, carried out in the ways set out in the programme's Teaching Regulations and as provided for in the enrolment call.
