Course description

The Bachelor's Degree in Digital Management, running since the 2018/2019 academic year in Class L-18, responds to the strong demand for digital skills in the labour market, particularly in Italy. It trains professionals able to understand, assess and manage technological innovation, with a view to repositioning the business, maintaining performance and transferring technology to the market.
In the first two years, the programme develops knowledge in the business, economic, mathematical-statistical and legal fields, geared towards the application and management of digital innovations. In the third year, the programme is organised into two tracks.
The economic track, taught entirely in English, explores digital innovation strategies and the use of public policies, as well as knowledge for corporate financing, data analysis and the management and regulation of Big Data and digitalisation processes, with a focus on the public sector.
The management track offers knowledge of market positioning, new e-business models and the related legal and stakeholder-protection aspects, together with skills in re-engineering organisational processes, implementing digital information systems, using data to support business decisions and assessing public and private funding opportunities for companies and innovative start-ups.
Admission to the programme requires an upper secondary school diploma or another equivalent qualification. Logical skills and basic knowledge of English and mathematics are also required. These requirements are assessed through a specific selective test, on the basis of which any Additional Learning Requirements (OFA) are assigned.
