The Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Heritage (L-1) lasts three years and provides a partly shared basic education together with a specialised profile across six tracks, three of them international.
The distribution of basic, characterising and related/integrative subjects over the three years follows criteria of chronological periodisation and thematic affinity; Other Educational Activities with related CFU are also included, consistent with the overall path.
The programme provides the basic knowledge needed to enter the labour market in the management, protection and enhancement of Cultural Heritage (archaeological, historical-artistic, landscape and environmental), which can be further developed in the Master's Degrees in Archaeology, Digital Heritage and Art History.
The three international tracks are: two taught in English within the Italian-Chinese double-degree programme (with Northwest University, Xi'An, from A.Y. 2021-2022) — 'Cultural Heritage Preservation Technology' and 'Fine Arts', which together form the 'NWU-UniSal School of Cultural Heritage and Arts' (AnLai School); and one taught in Italian and Albanian within the Italian-Albanian double-degree programme (with the University of Shkodra, from A.Y. 2026-2027).
